We would like to introduce a case of "bucket elevator upper sprocket replacement work" carried out at a ready-mixed concrete factory in the Kanto region. When the sprocket wears down, it can lead to poor engagement of the chain, which may cause damage to the chain. The wear on the valley part of the sprocket had progressed, and it was decided to replace it due to aging. We installed the sprocket and the planma block, and restored the head case of the bucket elevator, completing the work.
